Richard Grusin is Professor of English at University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, where he formerly directed the Center for 21st Century Studies. He has authored numerous chapters and articles and four books, including, with Jay David Bolter, Remediation: Understanding New Media; Culture, Technology, and the Creation of America’s National Parks; and Premediation: Affect and Mediality After 9/11. He is editor of three books: The Nonhuman Turn, Anthropocene Feminism, and After Extinction.
