A madman or an artist - probably both in one person while working at the same time in a very distinguished way - aims directly and purposefully at the city of Wuppertal with a number of weapon-like objects and then fires shots of specifically bred culture of flies. Are they a danger to human beings or is it a new money game for animal lovers, a sort of postmodern jackpot delirium or a crazy insect psychopath? Perhaps he couldn 't even hurt a fly yet he takes revenge for billions of carelessly murdered insects. Who is the object of experimentation?
