Prof. Dr. Claus Leggewie, political scientists is founding director of the Center for Media and Interactivity (ZMI). Since 2007 Leggewie is director of the Institute for Advanced Study in the Humanities (KWI) in Essen with an research focus on the impact of climate change on our cultures.
