Anaïs Héraud (b. 1988) is a performance and visual artist living and working in Berlin. She has an MFA in painting and performance art from E.N.S.A.V. Lacambre, Brussels. Recent performances: Trouble Festival, Brussels; Dancekiosk, Hamburg; Raw Matters, Vienna. “In performance I create a layered composition, using a similar methodology to a way of perceiving and making paintings. My performance practice is based on an interrogation of identity and attempts to humanize the figure of the artist.”
