Last but not least: back from the "profile intermedia" congress in Bremen, there was some waggishness to report on from director Peter Greenaway. He had given congress participants the following theses, among others, to think about on their way home: cinema should finally give up trying only to illustrate texts; moreover, cinema should by no means merely be a playground for Sharon Stone and, in the future, films will increasingly reduce using the camera, since even today it is the edi­tor who contributes decisively to genera­ting (cinema) images.
