September 8, 1985 - the Cuban artist Ana Mendieta died by falling from the 34th floor of a highrise. She had been in her apart-ment together with her friend and artist Carl Andre, the famous mini-malist. Murder or accident? Many clues indicated Andre’s guilt who, nevertheless, was then acquit-ted after a speedy trial. Andre was being protected by many tycoons of the art world and their solidarity. Using a collage technique of fictitious scenes, interviews and offscreen commentary, the tape questions this version of the incident..
