The "Cyber Café" in London 's famous district of Soho opened ifs doors to the public on Sept. 7,
1994. Cyberia tries to push the democratization of information exchange via net. The topics most important to the people running the "Cyber Café" are feminism, fringe groups, and ecology. Cyberia also wants to be a place where artists involved in digital art can meet. Cyberia is an on-line meeting place for London-based artists who use the so-called virtual gallery of the Internet to show their productions. In addition to the presentation of art within the net (on-line), there is a traditional gallery at the "Cyber Café", where you can see (off-line) art for real.
