Teresa Wenneberg questions the present with text and images, adding acoustic, linguistic, and musical associations.
Justitia is a woman who passes judgement with her eyes blindfolded. A set of scales in one hand, a sword in the other, she measures the weight of sins and punishes with all her might.
Crime and punishment is the principle on which political leaders and the church always based their obscure definitions of "good" and "evil", consolidating their power bases at the same time. Today, the media have joined the ranks of moral powers-that-be, and Wenneberg takes a brief, silent, poetical look at it all.
