An independent video magazine from Moscow that features hot topics which, even today, would hardly be broadcast by Russian TV. Due to problems of communication with Moscow, we could not obtain more general information on the magazine. Yet Mikhail B. Degtyar (editor and producer) and Sergey Butkov (editor) will introduce it in person.
