Luxemburg - a gleaming red bridge - underneath ienement blocks. The optically depressing situation is heavy, the quantity of suicides enormous. More than 100 persons have jumped off the bridge so far, landing on houses and streets. This is a down-to-earth documentation, not without strains of dark humour, about the people living in this neighbourhood, about ways of perceiving and confronting the reality of suicide they have to come to terms with when they step out on the streets and into their gardens.
