Norifumi Ogawa
Norifumi Ogawa (Yokohama, 1971) is the CEO of GOGOLabs Inc., a company founded in 2007. He has a background in organic chemistry, and worked for several institutions as a programmer and engineer. He was also involved in the development of open source CMS projects. Ogawa created a gas prices comparison website with more than 300,000 participants sharing information on exchange rates and oil prices. After the nuclear power plant accident in Fukushime, he started measuring the radiation dose around Tokyo and then started the volunteer service Hakatte Geiger ("Please measure Geiger!"), where people can request the measurement of radiation at a particular place. He lives and works in Tokyo.
