Illness seen as personal fate - infection and contamination as catastrophes on a global scale. Johane Frechette who suffers from lymph cancer herself presents a poetic-experimental investigation of the cause and time relations to these inner and outer illnesses searching at the same time for traces in her own biography. The more these relations are worked out, the more the borders between inside and outside are blurred. There are doctors who give the soothing diagnosis the patient is asking for, the same way there are bribed scientists who give an optimistic report on the ecological development.
