Tony and Joe are in pretty Strange shape: after a life spent in mental hospitals, it's not very easy to deal with the outside world - inside their joint apartment as well as out on the street. The discovery of cemeteries, for example, can be a shocking event. A fight over a can of Pepsi almost leads to the murder of the social worker who’s handling their case; Tony, meanwhile, wants to kill him self-a bizarre story, absurd and funny, shot in a hand camera style that almost gives the viewer vertigo and produces some obscure images.
