A look at right-wing youths portrayed in their neighbourhood of new tenement blocks in Berlin- Marzahn. Verbal and active violence towards foreigners are questioned. Over a period of various months the directors of this documentary succeed in giving an exact outline of the group. Motives become clearer making any generalized judgment difficult.
