Florian Rötzer

Florian Rötzer is an editor, publisher and curator of art and technology expositions. He studied philosophy, psychology and pedagogy and works as a freelance author and journalist with a focus on philosophy, media theory and aesthetics. He is one of the German intellectuals who introduced the theories of the French media philosophers Baudrillard and Virilio in Germany. He is co-founder and chief editor of the German online magazine about digital culture Telepolis. Subjects dealing with war, military, or (anti-)terrorism are his main interests.
