Lucas Bambozzi
Lucas Bambozzi produces works in a range of formats such as installations, single channel videos and interactive projects. His works have been shown in solo and collective shows in more than 40 countries, held by organizations such as Moma, ZKM, Frankfurter Kunstverein and ISEA-Ruhr, Laboral and Arco’s Expanded Box (Spain), Http Gallery (UK), Havana Biennale (Cuba), ŠKUC gallery (Slovenia), WRO Biennale (Poland), Centre G. Pompidou (France), and many venues in Brazil, including the São Paulo Biennale. His project Mobile Crash received an Honorary Mention at Ars Electronica 2010. In 2011 had a retrospective show of his installations at Laboratório Arte Alameda (México). In 2012 was acknowledged with the prestigious mid-career Sergio Motta Prize and had installations commissioned by exhibitions such as Tecnofagia and Zero1 San Jose, Seeking Silicon Valley. He is the initiator of the Arte.mov Mobile Festival (2006-2013) and the Labmovel project (honorary mention Prix Ars Electronica 2013).
