Inga Luchs is an MA student in Culture, Arts and Media with a focus on Digital Culture and Cultural Theory at Leuphana University of Lüneburg, Germany. She completed her BA in September with her thesis on the topic of Net Neutrality and the Reconfiguration of the Network – A Critical Investigation from a Technical Perspective. After internships at the Institute of Network Cultures in Amsterdam and the publishing house transcript in Bielefeld in 2017 she will resume her studies. She has been a member of the editorial collective of spheres: Journal for Digital Cultures since November 2015 and is now working for the Institute of Network Cultures.
