A face, created out of many other faces, licks the screen with its electronic tongue. A voice states: '25 cm high and 40 cm wide." What is happening in this area? It is not only the screen as a field of interference of stations, languages and information, but also as a battle field, which represents a position of power, something to occupy. Scraps of language from Russian and American shows start merging; Dialog also refers to the dialogue between Eastern and Western world. The sentence 'the question is' is repeated and free-standing. The final song is performed by an astronaut on the moon 'I will walk on the moon one day'. The film shows that the communication structures ruling the political reality have an artifical character.
