Analog zum Fasziengewebe, das den gesamten Körper als Spannungsnetzwerk durchdringt  und so das neuromuskuläre System direkt beeinflusst, untersucht Marija Bozinovska Jones in ihren Performances Verbindungen zwischen sozialen, computergestützten und neuronalen Architekturen. Im folgenden Auszug aus Fascia 181006190131, Teil eines fortlaufenden Performanceprojekts, nutzt sie gesprochene und Programmiersprachen in Verbindung mit Sound, um der Frage nachzugehen, welche Implikationen neue Technologien mit sich bringen und welche Auswirkungen diese auf Individuum und Gesellschaft haben. Identität stellt sich in Zeiten des Technokapitalismus als Matrix dar: das Selbst, datafiziert und aufgespalten zwischen auferlegten Wertesystemen der Selbstoptimierung, sozialen Plattformen und symbiotischen Beziehungen. 
Im Audioteil ihres Beitrags werden Bozinovska Jones’ gesprochene Statements des Sprach-Interfaces MBJ Wetware simuliert und in Klangteppiche des Musikers und Sounddesigners J. G. Biberkopf eingebettet.

Data defines our profiling via the logic of the market. Fiscal transformation and statistical abstraction enable its camouflage. In line with the ontological dualism proposed by the Occident, the immateriality of data disguises its value in the cloud.

A Western culture self is usually seen as abstract, private, individual, and separates themselves from the rest of the group. An Eastern culture self might be presented as open and flexible.4 5

The Last Universal Common Ancestor is the most recent population of organisms considered the common descent for all life on Earth.
Three billion years ago, the oceans were vast genetic swamp inhabited by a planetary super-organism. The mega-organism later split into three domains which gave birth to all
life: bacteria, archaea, and eukaryotes; the latter were to be the ancestors to animals and plants.
