Verena Schwarz’s interest lies in the intersection of digital culture, urbanism, everyday life and the arts. She has worked as project manager for transmediale festival and the Connecting Cities Network, among others. As creative producer Verena has led the development of interactive installations and publications and since 2011 has written on Berlin’s art scene for the platform Mit Vergnuegen. As AVANT’s European Editor Verena is responsible for spreading the word in Europe, for new cooperations and contributors.
