Kamen Stoyanov was born 1977 in Ruse, Bulgaria. He began studying Art at the National Art Academy in Sofia, Bulgaria. Since 2005 he studies at the Academy of Fine Arts, Vienna. In 2007 he got the Kunstpreis Europas Zukunft of the Galerie für Zeitgenössische Kunst Leipzig and the Prize for Visual Arts of the City of Vienna 2007 and MUMOK Prize at Viennartfair.
